Register to Vote TODAY in WA! Last chance before the primary

Today – Monday, July 27 – is the deadline for Washington residents to register to vote or update your voter information online before the August 4 primary. If you have moved, changed your name, or are a new voter, now is the time to update your record so you can participate in the primary!

Voting is an important part of putting our faith into action for the health and well-being of communities and the environment. Making our voices heard through voting is central to living into our values of stewardship and justice – when we all vote, we change the world.

The Secretary of State’s website has all the information you need to check your voter registration, make any necessary changes, or sign up for the first time. You can also register in person (please wear a mask) at your county’s election office until election day on August 4.

If you have questions about your eligibility to vote in WA (just moved here, away at college, or a seasonal resident) or other issues, check out these resources provided by the state

Please vote and share this information widely.

Yours,
LeeAnne Beres (she/her)
Executive Director
