Autumn 2011 Earth Letter

Autumn 2011

To celebrate the beauty of the season’s colorful transition and Earth Letter’s new design, we chose to center this issue around the theme of God’s divine artistry reflected in the world around us and our response to this wonderful gift.

In addition to Earth Ministry’s recurring “Goings-On,” member profile, and featured articles, readers will find two new columns that will recur in future issues: Grounded in Faith is a theological or scriptural approach to the issue theme, and Faithful in Action is a pragmatic approach to putting our faith into action. Each piece will be original content from an Earth Ministry staff or board member. We hope you enjoy your Autumn 2011 issue of Earth Letter!

In this issue:

  • Earth Letter in an Ever-Changing World by Deanna Matzen
  • A Mirror Up to Nothing by Howard Jacobson
  • Co-Creators with God by Rev. Grady Barbour
  • God’s Artistry Seen in Nature by Rebecca Hagelin
  • Forestry + Theology by Andrew Byers
