Choosing Harmony

Join four of Sravasti Abbey’s Monastics as they give a series of talks on “Choosing Harmony” and walk you through a guided meditation. The monastics will share some of their meditation and thought-training practices that keep their heart open and calm in different interactions and situations. The event will take place every Monday in June from 6:30-8:00 p.m. and is free of charge. No registration or meditation background is needed!
