The Wonderful World of Composting and Recycling

Free“The Wonderful World of Composting and Recycling” is an intergenerational event that celebrates Earth Day on April 21 right after late worship. We’ll have pizza for all!
Please sign up to share your pizza preferences and let us know how many will be coming.
A variety of activities will include:
- Pat Munts, Spokesman-Review gardening columnist, sharing composting ideas on getting our raised beds ready for spring;
- Art project using recycled materials; “Un”Nature Walk to test our powers of observation;
- How to do indoor worm composting;
- Buy This/Not That recommendations for earth-friendly products;
- How to recycle and compost including how we do it at St. Mark’s; and
- A Q & A booth featuring Laren Sunde for your great ideas and questions!
