Coal Free Future for Washington - PASSED, Earth Ministry was there was Gov. Gregoire signed it into law in April 2011!

Safe Baby Bottle Act - PASSED

Working for Clean Water - PASSED House, reintroduced as a 2011 priority

Sustain Environmental Protections in the Budget - maintained basic core environmental priorities in budget, reintroduced as 2011 priority

2009

Cap and Invest - Did not reach a vote, but the Governor signed large parts of the bill into law with an Executive Order in May 2009
